Can I customize ticket status?

Ticket status is a non-customizable field in Mojo. Tickets can either be new, in progress, on hold, information requested, solved or closed. More information on the [different ticket statuses and some best practices here.](https://help.mojohelpdesk.com/help/article/115431) If you are interested in creating your own ticket status, we suggest using a custom drop-down field as a work-around.
