Who can delete tickets? Admins and Managers can delete tickets, unless the settings are enabled for Agents to delete tickets.
Admin Settings > Tickets > Settings > Scroll down to Tickets deletion
How to delete tickets?
1. Go to the Ticket list view.
2. Mark the tickets by clicking on the profile icon. You can select multiple tickets at once.
3. Click the Trash can icon, and this action will move the tickets to the deleted items.
To see the deleted items click on the Trash icon at the left panel.
Deleted tickets will be stored for 30 days, unless you choose to permanently delete them. During this time, you have the option to retrieve a deleted ticket or permanently delete it.
Note: Keep in mind that once a ticket is permanently deleted, it cannot be recovered.
- Click on the profile icon to mark the ticket or select all by clicking the box.
- Select Action > click “Move out of trash” to recover the ticket.
- To permanently delete the ticket, click on the trash can icon.
