Can I set a time zone for my help desk? How do I set a time zone?

Each user is able to set their own time zone on their profile. This is found in the profile section in the account. As an agent of the helpdesk, one way to get to the profile section is to: 1. Go to Admin Settings 2. Click on Users 3. Search for the user and open their profile 4. Click on the pencil icon to edit As a user (ticket creator), the profile section can be accessed with the following steps: 1. Log-in to the help center 2. Click on your initials 3. Choose Change Profile 4. Click on Time Zone The help desk automatically follows the help desk of the owner account. By default, new users will follow the time zone of the owner. Each user can change their own time zone settings.
