How do I change the order of top-level topics on the Help Center?
Admins can define the top-level topics on the main Help Center page. Topics can also be moved around and changed to be a sub-level topic.
- Click on Admin Settings > Knowledge Base (under Help Center).
- From here click on Topics on the left menu pane.
- Click on reorder topics. This will bring you to a page with a list of topics as they are displayed on the Help Center.
- Admins can then drag and drop to move topics around. That includes changing a topic from sub-topic to a top-level topic and vice versa. To define hierarchy, move the topic slightly right and below of the top-level topic.
