How do I change an agent or a contact's password?

Admins of the helpdesk can manually set the password of a user or agent.

  1. Go to Admin Settings > Contacts List
  2. Search for the agent or user here. 
  3. Click on the desired profile. This will display a pop-up of the selected user's profile.
  4. Click on the lock icon on the upper right corner of the pop-up. From here an admin can manually set a user's password.
