How do I update my credit card/billing information?
The payment/billing section can be accessed by agents with an Admin or Owner role. Please take the following steps to update the credit card on file.
From the agent portal, click on the settings cog on the upper right corner.
Choose Account Billing.
Click on credit card information. From here you can enter your CC information.
The CC on file will then be charged automatically on the renewal date. When the card is charged, the listed billing recipient will automatically receive an email with the receipt. The billing address associated with the credit card will be displayed on the receipt.
