Managing Account and Subscription
Permissions required
Agents must have an admin role to access subscription details and billing information.
Accessing billing and plan settings
To manage the subscription:
- Click on the waffle icon in the upper-right corner
- Select
Account administrationfrom the menu - Navigate to
Account > Billing & plan
Available billing management options
The Billing & plan page allows admins to:
- Change help desk ownership
- Review the current subscription plan and renewal date
- Update payment methods
- View and download past statements and receipts
- Change the plan or billing cycle
- Update billing contact information
