Managing Account and Subscription

Account information, subscription details, and billing can be managed directly from the account settings.

To manage subscription

  1. Click the grid icon in the upper-right corner of the screen
  2. Select Account administration from the menu
  3. Navigate to Account > Billing & plan

The Billing & plan page allows:

  • Changing of help desk ownership
  • Reviewing the current subscription plan and renewal date
  • Updating payment methods
  • Viewing and downloading past statements and receipts
  • Changing the plan or billing cycle
  • Updating billing contact information
