Managing Account and Subscription

Permissions required

Agents must have an admin role to access subscription details and billing information.

Accessing billing and plan settings

To manage the subscription:

  1. Click on the waffle icon in the upper-right corner
  2. Select Account administration from the menu
  3. Navigate to Account > Billing & plan

Available billing management options

The Billing & plan page allows admins to:

  • Change help desk ownership
  • Review the current subscription plan and renewal date
  • Update payment methods
  • View and download past statements and receipts
  • Change the plan or billing cycle
  • Update billing contact information
