How to Subscribe to Asset Management

Asset Management is a paid add-on for Mojo Helpdesk. A free trial is available before subscribing. Only administrators can subscribe and enable it.

Subscribing to Asset Management

1. Navigate to the waffle icon in the upper right corner.
2. Select Account administration.
3. Select Add-ons & apps, then Get more add-ons.
4. Find Asset Management and select view.
5. Choose a subscription plan and select subscribe.

Asset Management is now active for the help desk.

Accessing Asset Management

Once enabled, administrators and managers can access Asset Management by selecting the waffle icon in the upper right. Asset Management will appear as an option and will take you directly to the Asset Management home page.
