How do I add asset management?

Only administrators can enable the asset management feature for your helpdesk.

Steps for Administrators:

  1. Navigate to the admin settings.
  2. Select the "Add-ons & apps" section and then the “Get more add-ons” submenu to access the add-ons page.
  3. Locate the asset management option and click ‘view.’
  4. Choose a subscription plan and select ‘subscribe.’
  5. Once subscribed, the asset management functionality will be activated for your helpdesk, allowing you to create and manage assets.
