How do I add asset management?
Only administrators can enable the asset management feature for your helpdesk.
Steps for Administrators:
- Navigate to the admin settings.
- Select the "Add-ons & apps" section and then the “Get more add-ons” submenu to access the add-ons page.
- Locate the asset management option and click ‘view.’
- Choose a subscription plan and select ‘subscribe.’
- Once subscribed, the asset management functionality will be activated for your helpdesk, allowing you to create and manage assets.
