ClassLink and Mojo Helpdesk Integration

Mojo Helpdesk integrates with ClassLink, a single sign-on (SSO) platform designed for K-12 and higher education. The integration lets students, staff, and IT teams access Mojo Helpdesk directly from the ClassLink LaunchPad — no separate login required.

What this integration does

Once set up, users can launch Mojo Helpdesk with one click from the ClassLink dashboard. During setup, you'll link an existing Mojo Helpdesk account (or create a new one) to your ClassLink tenant.

How to set up

  1. Sign in to ClassLink as an Admin and open the App Library.
  2. Search for Mojo Helpdesk and click Add.
  3. Follow the on-screen installation prompts.
  4. After installation, click the Mojo Helpdesk icon from your ClassLink dashboard to connect your account and complete the setup.
