Mojo Helpdesk is integrated with ClassLink - a single sign-on platform for K-12 schools and higher education institutions, providing students, educators, IT staff, and even parents, easy access to multiple web applications and services.
The integration allows OneClick access to Mojo Helpdesk from ClassLink’s LaunchPad, allowing students and staff to easily discover and access the Mojo Helpdesk platform. Through the Mojo Helpdesk app on ClassLink, you can associate an existing helpdesk or create a new helpdesk and associate it with your ClassLink tenant.
Here is how to make the integration:
Logged in as Admin in ClassLink, go to the 'App Library'.
Search for Mojo Helpdesk and click 'Add'.
Follow the installation prompts and this will add the new version of Mojo to your ClassLink tenant.
After installation, click on the Mojo Helpdesk icon from the ClassLink dashboard to associate your account and complete the installation.
