What does the “User and ticket creation is limited” alert mean?
The “Ticket and user creation is limited" alert is displayed in the top-right corner of the browser when an account is new. This indicates that the account has temporary limits on the number of users and tickets that can be created. The limits remain in place until the account is verified by the Mojo Helpdesk team.
Why are user and ticket creation limits applied?
To help prevent spam and fraudulent activity, Free Trial and newly created subscription accounts begin with usage limits. During this period, an Owner or Admin is required to contact Mojo Helpdesk Support to complete account verification.
How are the limits removed?
Please submit a support ticket. The Mojo Helpdesk team will review the account and follow up within 1 business day.
