As a member of the Mojo Helpdesk Beta Program, you’ll be able to enroll your team to try out the upcoming new features and changes.

As an admin, proceed the following steps:

  1. Go to admin > help desk > settings
  2. Go to the Miscellaneous section
  3. Toggle setting Participate in Mojo Helpdesk Beta Program

Users can send feedback by using the help icon in the Mojo Helpdesk header.
