How to schedule recurring tickets

Users with either an admin and manager role can take repeated tasks and processes and turn them into automated tickets. Specify the start date and time, customize the recurrence of a ticket, and set who the ticket should be assigned to.

The Mojo Scheduler can also support one-time events/tickets scheduled for the future.

Creating a Mojo Scheduler

  1. Go to admin > Tickets
  2. Click on Schedulers
  3. Click on + new
  4. Fill out the required information. Assignee and description are optional
  5. Save

Upcoming Ticket List

Once scheduled, these tickets will appear as "Upcoming" in the ticket list.
