Mojo Scheduler: Create recurring tickets

The Mojo Scheduler helps help desk staff stay organized by turning routine tasks into automated tickets. Instead of manually creating the same ticket over and over, the scheduler takes care of it on a set schedule.

Beyond efficiency, scheduled tickets also create a clear audit trail of recurring work. Each task appears as a ticket, making it easy to track when it was created, who it was assigned to, and when it was completed. This ensures accountability, consistency, and better visibility into recurring processes.

With the scheduler, it’s possible to:

  • Set a start date and time for the ticket
  • Define a recurrence pattern (daily, weekly, monthly, etc.)
  • Assign the ticket to a specific agent
  • Create one-time future tickets for upcoming events or reminders

Creating a Mojo Scheduler

  1. Navigate to Account administration > Tickets > Schedulers
  2. Click on + new
  3. Enter the ticket details. Assignee and description are optional
  4. Click save

Upcoming tickets

Once scheduled, these tickets will appear as "Upcoming" in the ticket list.
