How to Configure Checkout Limits

Checkout limits control how many assets users can have checked out at one time. Limits can be set overall or per asset type, and configured separately for contacts and agents.

To configure checkout limits

1. From the Asset Management page, select Settings.
2. Select Checkout limits, then select Configure.
3. Set the maximum number of assets of the same type a user can have checked out at one time. Leave blank for no limit.
