How to customize the Asset List view

The Assets list is part of the Asset Management Portal, available as an add-on to Mojo Helpdesk. It displays all assets in the account in one place and helps anyone managing assets quickly find and review the information.

When reviewing or managing assets, the list can be customized to show only the most relevant information. From the Assets list, columns can be shown, hidden, or reordered, and additional asset details can be previewed without opening each asset.

Choose which columns appear

Use the column picker to choose which information appears in the Assets list.

Turn individual columns on or off to display relevant fields such as status, condition, assignee, location, and contract dates.

Reorder your columns

Click and hold a column header, then drag it to a new position to change the column order.

The selected columns and their order are saved for the next visit.

Hover to preview an asset's details

Hover over a row in the Assets list to quickly view additional information without opening the asset.

The preview displays the asset's Description, Notes, and Contract notes.

Common questions

Are column settings saved?

Yes. The selected columns and their order are saved, so the same layout is available the next time the Assets list is opened.

Can columns be reordered?

Yes. Drag and drop a column header to move it to a different position in the list.

Can all asset fields be displayed as columns?

Only fields available in the column picker can be displayed as columns.

How can Description, Notes, and Contract notes be viewed?

These fields are available in the asset preview. Hover over an asset in the list to view them without opening the asset.
