Change Language and Timezone

How do I change the language of the helpdesk?

An Admin can change the language of the helpdesk by navigating to:  Admin settings > Help desk > Settings > and in the Language settings section, select the preferred Helpdesk language. The local Time zone can also be set as needed

An Agent can change their own preferred Language and Timezone from their profile record:

Click on the profile icon > select Profile > scroll down to Settings > select preferred Language and Timezone

What languages are available?

Mojo Helpdesk currently supports the following languages:

  • English
  • French
  • Italian
  • Spanish
  • Portuguese
  • Polish
  • German
  • Turkish
  • Yoda
