Securing the Knowledge Base
The Knowledge Base can be activated or deactivated by navigating to Admin settings > Help center & knowledge base > Settings
.
In the Settings interface, the Knowledge Base visibility can be configured according to the following options:
- Disable the display of the Knowledge Base entirely, by selecting “Don’t show the knowledge base.”.
- Display the Knowledge Base in the Help Center for authenticated users exclusively, by selecting “Display knowledge base in the Help Center for logged in users only.”
- Display the Knowledge Base in the Help Center for all users by selecting “Display knowledge base in the Help Center for all users.”
Domain-Specific Access Control
To restrict access to users possessing email addresses from specified domain names (e.g., your-organization.com), administrators must configure a whitelist of permitted domains in the Admin settings > Account > Security
page in the White & blacklists section.
