Mojo Helpdesk User Portal (video)

The User Portal is where logged-in users can view, reply to, and track the status of their tickets.

To access the user portal:

  1. Log in to the help desk
  2. Click on the avatar on the upper right corner
  3. From the drop down, select My tickets

The training video below is designed for ticket creators. Admins can share the video with ticket creators to help them become familiar with the Mojo Helpdesk User Portal.

The video walks through:

  • Creating a new ticket in the help desk
  • Viewing and tracking submitted tickets
  • Updating tickets and searching past requests
  • Accessing group tickets, when group access is enabled by admin)
