Understanding Activity Timestamps in Mojo
By default, Mojo Helpdesk displays timestamps in a relative format to make it easier to interpret when events occurred. For example:
- “Just now”
This can be found in the event log, or next to comments/staff notes. This format is used for several reasons:
- Quick to scan – Makes it easy to gauge the freshness of an update at a glance
- Reduces mental math – No need to calculate time differences from a specific date and time
- Supports prioritization – Helps highlight which items may require immediate attention
How to reveal the exact timestamps
To view the exact date and time for an activity, simply click on the relative timestamp.
