Mojo Helpdesk emails going to Microsoft spam
Emails from mojohelpdesk.com may be filtered as spam by Microsoft mail clients. The most reliable fix is to connect your own Microsoft mail server under Admin > Email Settings.
See Bring Your Own Mail Server to Mojo Helpdesk.
If that option is not available on your plan, individual users can add mojohelpdesk.com to their safe senders list in Outlook.
Add mojohelpdesk.com to safe senders in Outlook on the web
- Sign in to Outlook on the web.
- Select Settings > Mail > Junk email.
- Under Safe senders and domains, select Add.
- Enter mojohelpdesk.com and press Enter.
- Select Save.
Add mojohelpdesk.com to safe senders in Classic Outlook for Windows
- In the Home tab, select Junk > Junk E-mail Options.
- Select the Safe Senders tab, then select Add.
- Enter mojohelpdesk.com and select OK.
- Select Apply, then OK.
Mark existing emails as Not Junk
Marking a filtered email as not junk helps train Microsoft's spam filter over time.
- Open the Junk or Spam folder.
- Right-click an email from mojohelpdesk.com.
- Select Mark as not junk or Not spam.
