Agent Reply Signature

Agents can add a reply signature to their profile. The signature is automatically appended to replies to the ticket creator and public comments. It does not appear in staff notes.

Add or edit a reply signature

  1. Click the your profile avatar in the top right corner and select Profile.
  2. Navigate to the Signature tab.
  3. Enter the signature text in the editor. Use the toolbar to apply formatting, add a link, or insert an image such as a company logo.
    1. Use Shift+Enter for a line break within the signature without adding extra spacing between lines.
    2. To align an image, click it to select it, then use the alignment buttons in the toolbar.
  4. Click save.
