Agent Reply Signature
Agents can add a reply signature to their profile. The signature is automatically appended to replies to the ticket creator and public comments. It does not appear in staff notes.
Add or edit a reply signature
- Click the your profile avatar in the top right corner and select
Profile. - Navigate to the
Signaturetab. - Enter the signature text in the editor. Use the toolbar to apply formatting, add a link, or insert an image such as a company logo.
- Use Shift+Enter for a line break within the signature without adding extra spacing between lines.
- To align an image, click it to select it, then use the alignment buttons in the toolbar.
- Click
save.
