- Stop the scheduling back-and-forth. Create your own booking page, set your availability, add meeting buffers, and let customers or teammates book time with you instantly.
- Use it to let customers schedule a support call, a demo, or a training session, or open group sessions that multiple attendees can book into at once.

- Share updates with your team or customers. Subscribers are notified automatically, and you can embed your changelog directly into your website or help center.

Enable Metadot Apps
A helpdesk admin must enable Metadot Apps before anyone can use it. Enabling the integration creates the organization's Metadot Apps workspace.
- Log in to Mojo Helpdesk.
- Click the waffle icon in the upper right corner of the agent portal.
- Select
Discover Metadot Appsto open the Metadot Apps landing page. - Click
Enable for my helpdesk.
The workspace is created immediately. A confirmation message appears with a link to the Metadot Apps launchpad.
How to Access Metadot Apps from Mojo Helpdesk
Once the workspace is set up, all Mojo Helpdesk agents can access Metadot Apps directly from the agent portal using single sign-on (SSO). Click the waffle icon in the upper right corner and select Metadot Apps.
How to Invite Members to the Workspace
Admins can invite anyone in the organization to the Metadot Apps workspace. Workspace members do not need to be Mojo Helpdesk agents to be added.
- Navigate to the Metadot Apps launchpad.
- Click the add user icon.
- Enter the user's email address and send the invitation.
The invited user receives an email with a link to join the workspace.
Unlimited Users with Every Mojo Helpdesk Subscription
Every Mojo Helpdesk subscription includes unlimited Metadot Apps users. Workspace members do not need to be Mojo Helpdesk agents. The entire organization can be added. IT, HR, Marketing, and any other team can all access Metadot Apps with a Mojo Helpdesk subscription.
