Mojo Keyboard Shortcuts

Keyboard shortcuts help increase productivity by allowing users to control Mojo with lighting fast key strokes.

Go to

• g then t : go to new ticket default form
• g then f then t : open dropdown new ticket to choose form
• g then a : go to my assignments
• g then p : go to unassigned tickets list
• g then w : go to watch tickets list
• g then o : go to open tickets list
• g then d : go to dashboard
• g then m : go to mojo settings
• g then / : go to advanced search
• g then i : go to user profile
• g then u : go to manage users

Navigation list

• s : star/unstar a ticket in ticket details view
• # : delete selected element in ticket list

Miscellaneous

• ! : report a bug
• 0 : toggle the shortcuts popup

How to enable shortcuts

By default, keyboard shortcuts are disabled.

Agents can manage their keyboard settings in their profile.

1. Click on your initials or photo on the upper right
2. Select Profile
3. Scroll down to Settings
4. Configure keyboard shortcuts settings

To access shortcuts from the help menu

1. Click on the question mark icon on the upper right
2. Select Keyboard shortcuts
3. The popup for shortcuts will display
