To open the print dialog:

  • Windows: Ctrl + P 
  • Mac: Command + P

Tips for printing a ticket list

  • Up to two lines of the ticket description are displayed in the print output. To show more description text, set the print layout to landscape.
  • Customize displayed columns to include the necessary ticket data before printing.
  • The printed ticket list reflects the columns and layout currently displayed in Mojo.

Tips for printing a single ticket

  • Use the conversation filter to choose which messages appear in the printout.  The conversation can be filtered to show:
    • All messages
    • Involving contact
    • Staff messages
  • Once filtered, open the print dialog to print the ticket with only the selected conversation content.
