Tips for printing a ticket list
- Up to two lines of the ticket description are displayed in the print output. To show more description text, set the print layout to landscape.
- Customize displayed columns to include the necessary ticket data before printing.
- The printed ticket list reflects the columns and layout currently displayed in Mojo.
Tips for printing a single ticket
- Use the conversation filter to choose which messages appear in the printout. The conversation can be filtered to show:
- All messages
- Involving contact
- Staff messages
- Once filtered, open the print dialog to print the ticket with only the selected conversation content.
