Mark a ticket as unread

Tickets that need your attention show in bold in your ticket lists. Opening a ticket assigned to you clears the bold. If you opened a ticket but want to come back to it later, mark it as unread: it goes back to bold, the way marking an email unread puts it back in bold in your inbox.

You can mark as unread only tickets assigned to you.

Mark one ticket as unread

  1. Open the ticket
  2. Click the three dots at the top right of the ticket
  3. Select mark as unread

The three-dot menu of a ticket open, with Mark as unread under Edit title.

Mark several tickets as unread

  1. In any ticket list, select the tickets
  2. Click select action
  3. Choose mark as unread

Tickets assigned to someone else are skipped. The notice tells you how many tickets were marked, or that none were because they are already unread or assigned to someone else.

A ticket list with three tickets selected and the select action menu open, with mark as unread at the bottom of the list.
