If you have subscribed to the Enterprise or Enterprise Plus plan, you can put your helpdesk under your existing domain by creating a sub-domain like helpdesk.youcompany.com.
Before changing the domain name field, make sure you have a CNAME record in your DNS pointing to app.mojohelpdesk.com.
Then set your custom domain name by going to *Manage -> All Settings -> Configure Mojo Helpdesk >> change >> enter custom domain >> save* .
For example if your domain is yourcompany.com, and you want your helpdesk domain name to be support.yourcompany.com, add the following CNAME record for yourcompany.com:
support IN CNAME app.mojohelpdesk.com
SSL with a Custom Domain
If you have turned SSL on for all pages of your helpdesk and you have changed your domain, you might want to obtain an SSL certification to validate the domain name. To do this, please open a ticket.
