Can I tag my VIP contacts?
Contacts can be tagged as a VIP. Admins can then create a saved view of tickets created by a VIP. Here are the steps to do that.
Go to Admin Settings > Contacts
Select the contact that needs to be tagged.
Click on the pencil icon on the upper right corner of the pop-up to edit the profile.
Click on more information.
Check the box for "Add a visual VIP sign close to the name to indicate this person is important."
