How can agents view ratings from customers?
There are two different ways you can view ratings from customers.
- From the agent portal, click on the Mojo Star on the left sidebar. This will bring the agent to the Leaderboard where they can view all ratings received by agents.
- One can also use the search bar to search for tickets with a rating. Click on advanced search and then filter for tickets assigned to the desired agent, and that have a rating.
