How can agents view ratings from customers?

There are two different ways you can view ratings from customers.
  1. From the agent portal, click on the Mojo Star on the left sidebar. This will bring the agent to the Leaderboard where they can view all ratings received by agents.
  2. One can also use the search bar to search for tickets with a rating. Click on advanced search and then filter for tickets assigned to the desired agent, and that have a rating.
