Yes, you can export your ticket data from the UI:
In Mojo Helpdesk **Version 1.0**, go to `Manage> All Settings> Export`
In Mojo Helpdesk **Version 2.0** go to `Helpdesk Settings` from the tool icon and `Export` under the Productivity section.
Here you will be able to export your ticket, users and event log. You can set up a recurring export that sends you the report weekly, monthly or yearly.
