Yes, you can export your data from the Mojo Helpdesk interface. Go to `Admin Settings` -> click on `Export Data` under the Productivity section.
Here you will be able to export your ticket, users, event log, assets and knowledge base articles. You can also set up a recurring export that sends you the report weekly, monthly or yearly.
