Integrate SnapEngage Chat to Mojo Helpdesk

If you want to add a chat widget to Mojo's Help Center, a service we like is called SnapEngage. It is super easy to add the chat code to Mojo and start chatting with customers that visit your Help Center. Or you can add the chat widget to your website and use Mojo to track chat transactions and offline messages. Here is how to add SnapEngage to Mojo Helpdesk. 1.Copy the chat code from your SnapEngage account. 2.Go to the Help Center Settings tab in Mojo Helpdesk: Admin Settings> Help Center> Settings 3.Paste the chat code in the Portal Main Content box (at the end of the other text) 4.Save the settings 5.The chat widget will be instantly usable in your Mojo Help Center. You can respond to incoming chats from SnapEngage's Chat Portal. 6.In SnapEngage Settings> Integrations, add the Mojo queue email addresses as the recipients of the chat transcripts and offline messages. Once you follow these steps, customers will be able to chat from your Help Center and all history can be tracked via Mojo.
